Is your underground compactor experiencing an issue? Maria, Dominic, Tim, and Micky are ready to answer your email or call. But we don’t expect that to be necessary, because our online portal keeps everything under control.
Several times a day, we check all compactors through our online monitoring system. This allows us to detect any issues early on. Thanks to the portal, we know in advance what’s going on. That means we can send the right person directly to the problem. So you’re always assured of a fast and efficient solution.
Is a malfunction detected or is it time for annual maintenance? Then we’ll send one of our service technicians your way. Every day, 5 trucks and 2 service vans travel across the country to carry out maintenance and resolve issues. This way, we can act quickly and adapt to any situation.
During regular maintenance, we inspect and replace parts where needed. This ensures a long lifespan of 10 to 15 years for your compactor. Want to extend your compactor’s lifespan? Get in touch with us.
At Sidcon, our work doesn’t stop after delivering your underground compactor, that’s when it really begins. With 2000 compactors across Europe, we know how essential proper maintenance is.
